Duncan Hill/The Please Please Me with Vs.

Diastole Scholars' Center is an oasis of calm and beauty in the middle of the city. Upon entering the gates of the venue there was magic in the air. Before the concert began the musicians were mingling with people as new friendships were being made. There was an instant sense of community in the room. What an incredible experience to be in a beautiful chapel like space with new friends listening to music. Duncan Hill (Kansas City) started off the show with some folk music. Duncan found the sweet spot with just the right amount of story telling to go with the music. The is a sweet realness to Duncan's music. After Duncan The Please Please Me (NYC) and Vs (NYC). took the stage. They each played some of their songs. The harmonies were incredible. The Please Please Me just released a new album, Falling Thru and many of the new songs were played. This was an acoustic tour, but the normal the Please Please Me and Vs. are both full bands.
