Song Premiere: Lullaby by Simon Fink

Prior the to the release of Lullabies Till Dawn by Simon Fink, I Love KC Music is proud to premiere the song "Lullaby." The Image for "Lullaby" is by Ben Parks." This album makes me wish I had a child to rock to sleep to the music. This album is stunning in it's simple beauty. Lullabies Till Dawn came about through Simon's experience of singing to his children. It's the story of early fatherhood, sleep deprivation, and music making in the midst of it all told through song and illustration. You can feel the peaceful calm in the songs expressing love for the child. In his song Lullaby you can feel a deep love for the child as he sings, "There is no one who could take me away from you. There's no way I'd let that happen." Lullaby evokes images of sitting by the fire or a warm summer night. The image paired with the song is a young child whose eyes are filled with love. It's easy to imagine the child staring into the eyes of the father as he sing this lovely lullaby.
